  1. Did you try some rafter blocking there? Either turn it on in framing or add iit manually. the plate height and walls should stay the same height.
  2. the latest drivers work for me, try it out. 528.24
  3. Sometimes those types of line disappear when you actually print it.
  4. try to turn off the crosshairs, see if that helps you.

  7. Just lower the garage floor in the room DBX to whatever aligns with your terrain or just above it to align with your driveway.

  11. i think you are correct. for ways around this call my guy, he will tell you exactly what you can do. Barry Hanes =1-714-448-4350 he has been doing my title 24 for many years, since it got too complicated for me to spend time on.
  12. i run everything stud to stud and add a note so there is no confusion
  13. In the past I have sent floor plans to the layout and in the layout the dimension numbers were missing but the string of lines was still showing. Hasn't happened lately but definitely did happen. The only fix was to resend it. sent it in to t.s. ,but didn't do that for them. might have been something with my system.

  15. we very rarely use 2x6 studs here, but it doesn't get very cold. sometimes I do need a 1" exterior foam insulation to get the model to comply.
  16. Try to resend it and delete the old view, they may show up. It has happened to me before

  18. we are not required to have a top rail here but depending on the local codes, but a base shoe is a must. It all needs to be engineered
  19. also, if you want "Egress " in the label, just add the built-in macro to the label.
