that's what the blending tool does, it doesn't change the texture, just the color

in the material edit dbx., just use the blend with checkbox and choose any color

You need to turn on auto foundation rebuild to change it or delete your foundation and do it manually. Auto is much faster.

X16 doesn't accept those files only X17 does

printed always looks different than monitor viewing.

I believe all colors are based on what media you view or print it on. They will always look different biased on a lot of things, paper, monitor, some are better than others for viewing. higher the resolution the better, but at a cost of a very large file size.

You could also remove the floor and add a ramp.

Larry, I don't use project management and x17 is good for me, it does have other good stuff too. Just remember if you don't pay your SSA legacy ,you will have to pay full price from now on.

yes, its been that way forever, we need separate size input for ledgers and ridges and valleys.

try changing the soffit material to opening -no material and make the sub fascia to whatever size you want the exposed rafters to show.

It's just too bad you can't fog out the front and show the back. I don't use it because of that.

in x17 you can import defaults from any previous plan.

Looks to me like you need a better graphics card. never heard of yours try an RTX card.

they work for me in x16 without any updating

check the floor elevation in the foyer, it needs to match the others to be level. I always have the floor levels macro added to my room labels so I can see it instantly while working.

check the room dbx and foundation dbx for the footings for the porch

make sure the porch is lower than the house level and make the porch & footings slab pour level 2
