I'm suspecting a combination of the video card upgrade and the Chief upgrade... I am getting some bizarre 3D stuff going on. And the program just shutdown AGAIN while working in 2D. I am now working on a project in my other CAD program and I am not have any of these issues with the 3D renderings in that program but my screen did go blank when I did a quick animation and stayed blank until I clicked on the screen with my mouse, then the program came back???

Been having the program just shutting down whenever it feels like it since the last update.

Have you tried edit area copying the plan from your proprietary file and paste it into the oob template that comes with CA?

Wouldn’t it be pretty similar to doing a finished basement?

Been using Zoom for years... had less problems with it over using GTM.

What if instead of using a pony wall, you added a knee wall level between the foundation level and the first floor to show the framed wall part? Kind of like how Chief adds an attic level to place gable walls and such...

I will second the T520. I have had mine for a while and I am impressed with the machine. I use it to “proof” plansets, and marketing banners and posters, along with printing 3D model templates for foam board house models.

First thing you are doing wrong is not giving people enough information for anyone to help you. Post a plan file, or at least some renders...
