Diminishing pickets looked gross, so I used a tempered glass panel. It doesn't show up well in that rendering, but it's really well noted in the construction drawings! I usually set the size to around 200" give or take and a Gretzky transparency level.
Renerabbitt
Designed this kitchen in 4 hours for a friend. Started at 10pm tonight and finished just now. It's not perfect, and some materials could use some help and some models could use some updating, but its a good reference for what can be accomplished with decent materials and models and some know-how in a short time frame: Maybe if I had some patience I would really polish these out but that would be on my time

Love this design, beautiful lines, great respect for the exterior and natural light, awesome mixture and nod to certain styles... given what you've put together I would venture a guess that you are already wrestling with this, but the wine cellar doesn't feel natural to the space, seems like an after thought at the moment. Looking forward to seeing a finalized design if you're willing to share, nice work!

Looking forward to seeing a finalized design if you're willing to share, nice work! Thank you, (long and narrow lot). The renderings above were to demonstrate to the client what I would have on the lot if I were in his shoes. The wine display idea was to be as it you were to remove a block from the open pantry, separating the great room from kitchen/dinning area but without the necessity to close the pantry. The client decided to add a second floor (similar to front garage/bonus look), "lazy river" water feature from the court to rear and a roof top. I will post the updates as soon as I'm done

Just saw this, what a great idea Rene! Looks like a lot more fun than actually doing it. Mine fit the two cars and the shop until a couple of months ago when staging the house. Now the downsizing has it in chaos. This is after two daughters were here over the weekend, left with full SUVs. I started rearranging for the moving sale late this am. I like your way better :)
