GeneDavis
Why would this be? I delete the schedule, generate another, get the same thing.

Not sure without a plan, did you try renumbering the schedule? it's not picking up a skylight or some other "custom" something is it? M.
DBCooper
Is there a W04 in the schedule? If so, then try the "find in plan" tool. If not, then try the renumber. If that doesn't work, then post the plan.
rgardner
Any chance you placed some windows in 3d view and you have a window that is in the exact same space as another but maybe on the attic or basement level in specifcations?
Gawdzira
Other window items: niche, gable vent?

Kiwideziner
The easiest way I have found to renumber is either group or un-group in the schedule dialog box exit out then go back and do the opposite. Then they sould al be from w01 to whatever.
para-CAD
On a mac, I just right click the schedule and re-number is in the context menu. I’m not in front of a computer so I’m going from memory. Confidence in accuracy is not 100%.

GeneDavis
I found the culprit. Me. It was me just being sloppy. Did not link the newly saved-as layout to the saved-as plan file, and the schedule was not in synch.
