Eave Fascia

Tried that, it doesn't change anything.  Further, I did a test plan setting the eave fascia default at 5", and it turned out fine, plus the settings under "structure" are identical to mine, ingluding the gable sub fascia.

The "Eave Sub Fascia" is what the Soffit attaches to so it must be less than the "Eave Fascia" by the thickness of the soffit and usually a bit more which creates a drip edge.

I always make it 1 inch less. 
That seems to work. 
 

Although this dialogue box is one of the world's great unsolved mysteries. 
 

Thankfully Chief’s auto roof gets things mostly right, otherwise I’d still be working on my first plan.
