Designer100
Windows, flashing and house are existing. All I am doing is adding a covered outdoor room. Need help revising the bayed-out roof which is existing. What is a c-note?

Sounds like an emergency committee meeting is necessary to discuss revisions to the budget. All members are encouraged to attend. Pizza and beer will be provided by Newell's Designs! Dress code will be enforced. No plus one's.

joey_martin
With all due respect, the roof as currently shown, isn't worth fixing. That will never work without a very large cricket for proper drainage, and the ridge hitting the bottom of the window is gonna be a problem as well. misterwiley
I agree with Joey. If the goal is to have the gutters wrap around, you are going to need a very large cricket. Any shingle roof designs I'm coming up with definitively interfere with those windows on the 2nd story so you may want to consider a TPO or standing seam metal roof. Certainly the way it is drawn now you will have crazy leaky roof problems. Images attached for fun reference.
robdyck
A low slope roof would be necessary for sure. There are other options to at least consider or present to the client. https://struxure.com/
