If you had put those in a text macro, change it once for all instances of that text. Try it, macro's are very easy to make changes even on a job by job basis.

You can change the porch roof in the (porch) wall DBX. for auto build roofs

I want one but no tool exists as you want it.

The fix, don't waste you time trying to have accurate steel, in the footings, in sections, just address this with cad details. A lot of trouble, if you ask me.

It's the exterior casing size stopping it from going further . just make it smaller temp., then set it back. you would think the resize ignore would work every time but not for me.

I wouldn't wait, That is a minor issue to me and there are other ways to get the recent files, like within the program , it work there, just not on the taskbar.

I always have different notes on every plan anyway so no big deal for me.

I still like the plant/ note sched. better than doing it with text and lines. I never have the same notes on every plan, seems to me you would be deleting a lot

Very nice Mick, you did it. This just came up the other day with me. A city wanted me to place drought resistant plants in the driveway(5' x 25') area and couldn't create a plant schedule for that, ( which I never do). I guess I'll need to start using a plant schedule b/c here in Calif. we now have to deal with plants and fruits and nuts.
