I realize that most clients you would send to would not have 12x18 paper, but, if you are printing in your office I highly recommend the Epson ET-16650, Eco Tank printer. I have 12x18 sheets printing on it. The Eco Tank is spectacular for not needing to replace cartridge's and the print quality is good. I have 2 trays for paper and then the 12x18 loads in the back on a sled.

Any guess on my walls surfaces are phasing in and out of existence?

Do you know how far away from the origin your model is located? Sometimes if you build the model a long distance from the origin the camera will do this. Also, check your camera clipping planes, adjust them to a smaller number and this could change this effect. But, more likely, the answers above are correct. -
This is the diagram from a solar permit I drew recently. P.S. I am not an expert in either electricity or solar layout, but I did consult with one.

What do you have the can lights set to for color. Try these settings Change your light color to the following. R=255 G=235 B=205 And set the lumens to 1200 for cans. 850 for pendants. If you want even warmer light on the pendants do R255, G167, B79 Edit, gleaned from another post from here or FB?

I would fake that wall with a polyline. Do you really need the lumber list the actual wall will produce? The other option would be to make that section of wall 3.5" thicker and make it a pony wall. But really, the polyline.

The real question is: where do you find and electrician willing to accept that level of direction?

What printer do you use for the PDF export? Are you using the one native in Chief? -
My neighbor was collecting water off his roof for years. He was filling his barrels from months when there was no rainfall but enough moisture from the dewpoint condensation to refill after he had watered his plants.

Janelle, Multiple .plan files can feed into one .layout file. In other news, you can back clip the camera when taking an elevation view to remove the background building (for you next project).
