the plan checkers probably want the plans to be inline with the energy calcs.. North, South etc.

no, you need to place the item in the plan, then change the cad block associated with that electric symbol to add existing. then change the label to what you want it to say..Add the changed item to your lib. for future use.

Good luck finding someone with all those quality's.

Around here, I have done over 4000 additions over 45+ years, and at least for 30 of those years I have needed all existing interior and exterior walls to be shown. I deal with about 50 cities so they vary in the amount of detail needed. A lot of the time we need to brace existing walls for earthquake. also we must show existing for all the energy requirements also needed on every job.. Sounds like fun doesn't it?

yes, your grade setting in the terrain DBX should be a minus number (-4) if that's what you want it to be.

If you call it a balcony, it will give you a floor system just like a room

Chief just doesn't do that, you cannot add a skylight to the window sched, it would be good if you could though.

It might have been a wi-fi thing, I would just shut down and restart and see if its there.

no the beta is gone, just remember if you draw any plans in X12, you want to continue but change your mind and don't upgrade you will not be able to open that plan in X11

maybe it's in the room or floor defaults, try those

if you have manual roof planes and don't want to disturb them ,just copy your plan ,open that and use the auto roof planes, then copy the roof planes just for that area back to the plan.

You might want to try an give the "PBR" a try. much fester
