  1. I agree with Jeff, someone will lose his mind trying to sort this out and figure out what's what.
  2. Check your active filter, make sure Not Filtered is selected.
  3. You don't attach them to the interior, you screw them in into the plate from the outside same as you do with DTT1Z. They adjustable and can be moved up and down, in and out.
  4. We use now ADTT-TZ Tension ties much easier to use and easy to adjust in any situation. They come in flush or full extension and they exceed 2015 IRC lateral attachment requirements, just have to check with your building department if they heard about them yet, because some of the building officials have no clue, so you have to provide them with literature.
  5. Thanks for sharing... But you have to make some adjustment to your detail, DTT1Z Deck tie must be attached to the sill plate not the rim joist.

  10. I'm not sure if this is what you trying to do. What I did is go Build Roof- Check Make roof baseline PolyLines, Change to Roof Layer set and adjust existing Roof PolyLines as you want them to go. After you done, select Build Roof and it will rebuild according to your roof PLines Here is the plan. Garrow Remodeling New.zip

  13. Draw a wall> Place 2 garage doors in it that you like to combine> Change wall type to a room divider> Slide the doors side by side> Select Perspective full overview camera>Select Tools>Symbol>Convert To Symbol>Select Door>Name it and save it to your library
  14. Never tried doing that in CA, been using Sketchup by dropping floor plan layout in there and model and use Sketchup rendering engine.
  15. They started to make 36" microwaves now, Maytag is one of them 36" 1.9 Cu Ft Over the Range Microwave Model # UMV2186AAW
  16. The only place you see the wood is where the roof cuts the top wall. All other walls display the wall correctly.
  17. Would probably do something like this just make left side 2 story with matching roof
  18. Angela, Select roof plane that you want to cut a hole in and select Create Hole tool at the bottom and make a hole in the roof where you want it and you can shape that hole any which way you want.
  19. Thanks Mark! I will do that next time. The way I was doing it is making a cad detail of uppers and tracing them with PLine to get the total distance.
  20. Is there a way to calculate cabinet crown molding? Or it has to be done manually...
