Adding Page Numbers should not effect what's on the Pages themselves ? Pics may help as "my cad details all went crazy " isn't going to help anyone trying to help you M.

Look at my pics above........ 1. On Page 0 Change the macro to %layout.label% 2. On each Page Edit the Information and add A.# ( on the Label Line, see pic ) and you should see A.1 , A.2 , A.3 etc..... The A and . (dot) can be any letter you want, the dot is not needed, or could be a dash etc etc the # is needed for auto sequential numbering %layout.title% I use to Auto Populate the Page Information ie As-Built Plans in the Pic above %layout.comments% I use to Auto Populate the Page Scale Information in Markers etc. Mick.

Is the "Room" labelled as a Deck? as it sounds like something is messed up if not , try it in a new plan, opened off the CA default Plan Template as what you are saying doesn't sound "normal" in my experience. M.

It's the Page Edit DBX , right Click the Page in the Project Browser and use the Layout Label and Layout Title macros instead of the page number Macro ( %page% ) the # hashtag causes chief to auto number them in sequence...... see pics.... M.

IME these are mainly SketchUp models originally, that have be batch converted for Chief and there isn't much you can do in Chief easily, so I'd check 3Dware house for the same model and see if the Materials are independent on imported into CA , try the 2021 SU models , not sure X14 can do 2022 or not? M.

Did you "refresh" the Layout View? text and dimensions refresh auto pretty quickly , other things may not...... PS I have not tried this myself , just thinking out loud M.

They used to send emails starting a month before expiry , but I am not sure what the current practice will be , though I do know you can call in and make arrangements to have your CC on File for Auto-yearly renewal. Bit tougher from Oz perhaps? Couple of years ago when I did mine they also allowed a 5% discount if you paid for multiple years at a time, but again I am not sure if that is an Option under the new Scheme? M.

Hi this is one is close, I think it was a Chief Door but can't remember 100% and it resizes ok...... * There is actually a "Cellar Door" in the Exterior Attachments Bonus Library, under Bulkheads which I think the one below was made from, the Color is in the Library below too ( Bilco Brown ) M. Apologies Marckus my comment was not aimed at you, I was just being Lazy and used your post to add another Tip for the OP, as nobody had mentioned Rope Lights in the thread at that point. I did read a Tip here last week for R.Lights and that was to go the opposite way and try spacing them about 8" apart with low lumens. I do agree with what you are saying above......... Mick. .

Is Chief's Rope Light Tool to simulate LED Tape Lighting , assuming you don't want the "look" of Pucks of course. M.
