I have amatuer skills, I don't have a solid design yest, and I ultimately want a professional CA plan to for a custom home builder.

I'm just a homeowner trying to find/create the "perfect" design. No $$$ here.

I need to have a starting point to test minor design revisions and get cost estimates. When satisfied with the design, I will post again for services offering buildable plans and material lists.

Would like a working .plan file to use with CA trial version. Attached are trial version screen captures.
