  1. In elevations, when the dimension snaps do not behave so well.
  2. For two columns, send the schedule to layout three times. Crop the first one halfway down the list. Crop the second on halfway up the list. Crop the headings to add to the top of #2.
  3. Howdy John, Sure, I can help. I sent you a message via ChiefTalk yesterday. Best, Charles
  4. Good method Mick! Thanks! As always. Best, Charles
  5. Remember that: The location of of the baseline (in 3D: X, Y, Z) and the roof pitch determine the location (and height) of the roof plane. The wall extends upward until it reaches the ceiling height or a lower roof plane, depending on your settings (like a balloon wall). The "beam" in this case is part of the railing wall. So when you move the baseline inward toward the porch center, you lower the roof plane and shorten that wall's height (and lower the top of that wall) which lowers the "beam" that is part of that wall. I hope that helps. Best, Charles
  6. Howdy Chris, It just seem like a roof problem. Just align the roof baseline with the outside main layer of that porch eaves wall and see if that works for you. Proper baseline location from my change: Before baseline was moved: After baseline was moved: For others: The baselines need to be at the correct elevation also, which they were. I did not change any roof defaults, like sub-fascia size. 85332670_BeamMisalignment CV1.zip
  7. Place a serious roof plane sloped away from the wall to the left and then add the cricket. And a gutter. Best, Charles
  8. Garage Door Wizard! That is how I made the door I sent you Scott! I have Version 2.10.0025 of the program that works on my computer with X13 and Windows 10. I will sell the program for Kerry on the honor system. You send me $20 via PayPal to CVRE@sbcglobal.net and I will forward you the program via email. No sharing, warranty, no returns, no crying, no whining. Please let the rest of us know if it works or not on your computer setup by posting on this thread so others can decide whether to buy. Upgrades are $20 also since there is no way to monitor registered users. Kerry said that the price back in the day was $35. So it is a good deal. Kerry was nice enough to allow me to distribute this because some of us asked for it. I am just trying to contribute to you guys and gals on the forum who have helped me by participating on the forum. Regards, Charles
