I JUST ROTATE THE 3D VIEW UNTIL I DON'T SEE IT, BUT ITS POSIBLE WHEN I SAID NO ELECTRICAL I MEAN JUST ANYTHING FROM THE LIB.

Watch the videos and remember Chief is all about rooms, without rooms you have nothing.

The real thing is that the owner can have it anyway they want to, regardless of what anyone says as long as it works. anyone that says they have the only way, or I quit, will never get any work from me. It's a collaborative effort.

If you have all your details in the plan it will slow down your system. I keep my details in the lib. and on the layout, very easy to change and delete or add any details you might need. Never have any slowdowns that way.

Framing not starting on outside edge of foundation wall

You probably have your wall definition set to align with the exterior finish, change it to the framing. -
Everything seems to work ok on my system, only a little slow loading any 3d, but I can spin the model without any problems. I did notice after quickly looking that your wall definitions have no drywall, just a framing layer on all your walls, is that what you want?

I see it all the time now, not sure what it is though, nothing above or below to cause it.

once you get the stairs and landings the way you want them, Lock them. Sometimes they can be a bit touchy.

Can't you just create what you want and save the wall to the lib. for quick future use?, or am I getting the wrong message. I use several layers for invisible walls and walls not shown on the plan.

I remember that video Scott, you were creating just about any cabinet you wanted, too bad you can't find it as I'm sure a lot of people would want to see it.

the file is yours, don't give it out if you don't want to.

I know some guys use Dropbox or a similar program for that. I do all the work myself so I'm just not a pro at multi-users drawing the same plan.

You can have 30 floors, just don't add any walls where you don't want any. I always have 3 floors, even when it's a 1 story plan. I just don't always use them

The puck lights are what I'm talking about.

I think it's the light inside the cabinet bleeding through, turn it down a bit.

hopefully in X10 they will have better detail callouts and automatic notes, so this would be possible . looks like it's done manually at this point.

Chief really should handle this automatically, been a request for a long time.

Move the lower roof part that is breaking the wall just inside the gable wall.
