  1. It's been known since Chief started to always check any symbols you might import for face size and reduce it prior to using. Some imported symbols are just too large especially from Sketch up warehouse.
  2. You need to multi-select all existing doors then change them, doors and windows are not dynamic items.
  3. Those look like winders to me, exactly what are you trying to achieve.
  4. I'm pretty sure you know this but I would check what I have my extensions set at. are those automatic or manual dims?
  5. to me it seems to be the way you ae working as I don't have those problems--user error. . there is something wrong with your setup.
  6. It will also create a much smaller file if you save as a reduced PDF, I just wish I didn't have to take the extra step
  7. wow , that's news to me because I can zoom in pretty close and not have any problems, maybe it's because I always print using a 600 dpi. Thanks for looking into that.
  8. that;'s because your paper in not centered with the plan. you can just turn the page display off
  9. Just drag the exposed roof overhang to just inside the wall and you won't see it, and it will still show in sections
  10. Is your open below room using defaults? I don't ever have to patch that, it should be automatic for you. It seems to me that there is a setting wrong
  11. Joe Carrick and Michael have some for sale
  12. But I never get those anymore, there was a reason
  13. I remember the issue, and there is a fix for it, just can't remember what it is. Have you updated to the latest fix for X9.
  14. I'm not using a PS, I'm using a countertop and There isn't mush storage space for any doors to use ,so I just use a tile face. very quick for me. The access can be from the outside or another wall.
  15. I draw a poly line then convert it to a countertop, you can have any shape you want, just make it as deep as your tub. The tub will also insert into it.
  16. or you can just offset the overhang maybe 1/4"
  17. post the plan and see if we all have the same problem.
  18. I use the PBR every day now instead of standard renderings, much better imo.
  19. I pretty sure that when you print to adobe it's a pdf vector and when you want an image you go to file/ export to an image (many kinds). maybe you options further then your DBX where your resolution is, and check it, I use 600. I never had any pixilation problems, like you show I mostly print to 24x36
  20. Well I was comparing vector to vector, What you show is vector to image. It's all in the setup ,Adobe will call it an image when you want one. print to pdf will give you a pdf vector. The other way is pdf image. it's all in the open system print dialog after you choose adobe as the printer.
  21. Acrobat does vector and images ,but when doing vectors ,the file is much smaller than the vectors Chief's produce.
  22. Change the pitch in the wall DBX in the roof tab.
  23. yes I also want top of window, in which there is a macro we can use but not here, i sometimes will add the macro to the window label.
