I remember the issue, and there is a fix for it, just can't remember what it is. Have you updated to the latest fix for X9.

I'm not using a PS, I'm using a countertop and There isn't mush storage space for any doors to use ,so I just use a tile face. very quick for me. The access can be from the outside or another wall.

I draw a poly line then convert it to a countertop, you can have any shape you want, just make it as deep as your tub. The tub will also insert into it.

or you can just offset the overhang maybe 1/4"

post the plan and see if we all have the same problem.

I use the PBR every day now instead of standard renderings, much better imo.

I pretty sure that when you print to adobe it's a pdf vector and when you want an image you go to file/ export to an image (many kinds). maybe you options further then your DBX where your resolution is, and check it, I use 600. I never had any pixilation problems, like you show I mostly print to 24x36

Well I was comparing vector to vector, What you show is vector to image. It's all in the setup ,Adobe will call it an image when you want one. print to pdf will give you a pdf vector. The other way is pdf image. it's all in the open system print dialog after you choose adobe as the printer.

Acrobat does vector and images ,but when doing vectors ,the file is much smaller than the vectors Chief's produce.

Change the pitch in the wall DBX in the roof tab.

yes I also want top of window, in which there is a macro we can use but not here, i sometimes will add the macro to the window label.

One thing is that Chief;s "print to pdf" has created super large files since it's inception. I use Acrobat dc pro for files that are much smaller.

By the looks of the holdown straps in the pic, it looks like there will be some kind of shear wall there, they just haven't got to it yet.

Yes, been using a lot of Simpson steel shear walls the last few years,. and for the most part their details wok for me also.

I haven't seen or had to deal with that, but all of my plans are stamped by a licensed structural engineer.

My son went through the ICC approval process with his Glass railing system they sell. they have their own in house engineers and he said it still cost the company a $100,000 to do it. That's why you don't see everyone getting those approvals for railing. Their glass railing is the only ICC approval I have seen yet.

funny, I've been doing railings for a lot of years, and having them engineered, the only thing that may change is the bolt spacing for the posts, and post spacing, that's it.

are the deck framing layers on? and did you frame it.
