    I have only used windows and will never switch to a mac. With windows you can use everything the program allows and don't have to wait for apple to catch up.

    You could try to run with the cover off to see if it's getting enough air, if it's getting too hot.

    Thanks Rene, I just had a bad experience using one drive where it took all my files and put them on the cloud without asking me first. There must be a setting. I do use Carbonite as a backup only, but I never work anywhere else than my desktop.

    except when the internet is out, you can't get to your files, I like to keep files on my computer at all times

    sometimes just hit the f5 key to turn on Lites when moving to adjacent rooms.

    i have been using Joe's system for many years now and it works perfectly. Just learn exactly what your city needs in the calculations, what to include and what not to include and adjust the macro accordingly.

    you can download a hot fix from NVidia 511-72, that should fix it. remember it a hot fix not the usual driver. if you search here you will find the link from kbird.

    did you guys download the latest hot fix 511.72, it seems to have worked for me. also turn off Nahimic services

    You can download "trueview", it's free and you can view any dwg to see what the conversion looks like.

    I have that same card and it's working great for me. I paid 1300 for it months ago.

    I have been using w11 for almost a year without any problems so far. The only thing is trying to figure out where everything is, so there is some learning curve. The GUI is different but somehow similar.

    I got it new with a defective SSD drive, but they came out and put a new one in, so now it's working great. It took a while to load up everything though. I like the new, it's like a new way to work and I can get excited about sitting all day.
