You don't have "Layersets" in Pro but you can try turning on "Main Wall Layer Only" in Display Options which will eliminate the Drywall etc...basically shows the Framing line only. (Blue in your plan) , Turn Off Wall Layers too if Pro has that in Display Options? Did you have all the Framing Displayed too when you exported the DXF the 1st time? they are off in this plan..... but in display Options turn off EVERYTHING he doesn't need to see 1st , then export it , that may do it, not sure though as I don't use AutoCad. I didn't say you had to buy EVGA but I have had good luck when needing support from them over the years , HQ is in Cali. so easy to deal with usually. Video Cards are one part easy to move to the next computer , but the 1070 ,1070Ti ( same as a 1080 if overclocked) or 1080,1080ti are all at premium prices right now. From what i've seen I think $500 for the 6173 is a good price....I thought it was more like $600 you could also try the 2nd hand market on Craiglist for a 980Ti (same as a 1070ti ) but not all manufacturers allow transfer of the Warranty though I believe EVGA does , ( please check) their warranties are based on the card serial number not the sale invoice. ***PS ...hang on are you really still on X8 ? most are find x10 too much for there Cards and why they are upgrading....... X9 if that is a Raytrace, as I see Glass reflections which I don't think I have seen in X10 but I haven't done many Raytraces in the Latest version, been waiting for them to update all the materials after ruining them for PBR..... to my surprise the CSR replied today and said there will be some fixes for intel cards in 20.2 , which will probably be released next week but She didn't have all the Details about it, and I'd need to wait for the Release Notes for that. M.

My guess would be to get whatever your budget can afford especially since it appears you are working at 4K. With a 1000wPS you are able to get whatever Card you want , I would look at a 1070Ti or 1080 , 1080Ti if the Budget can handle it as all cards are expensive right now , though I don't think it will change anytime soon , though they have come down a little this month as manufacturers have caught up after the Xmas rush.... it's a tax write off isnt it go for it.... you can always move it to a new Computer......or buy a full system with a 1070 or 1080 and a i7-8700K CPU , and make that PC your new "Office Computer" .

I am using the latest 391.24 Drivers , Perry usually updates regularly too. You are on 388.73 , there were a few issues with the 388 series but that is the 1st report I have seen of this one.... https://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/131974 just found Nvidia has a newer one 391.35 too https://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/132845 that's 4 drivers this month , so I guess something is up at Nvidia.... I would recommend going through the Tutorial Guide and learning the Auto Basic Roof Settings 1st as CA can handle alot automatically , then learn the manual Tools as you have time/need. Get the Tut. and Ref. the Card Greg and Graham got is a short card , also known as HL version or Half Length and should fit most cases , there are also HHHL cards or half height half length Cards for small form Factor Computers....

I guess we have new Forum size limits for uploads as that plan is 41mb and we couldn't upload anything bigger than 25mb previously. Strangely I am not getting that "stripping" shown in your pics , wonder if that's a graphics driver issue? there are definitely two driveways though , I can select the 2 pieces and slide them off to the left and there is a full 1 piece (2nd) driveway beneath. Not at all Isaac but most people Don't use their Real names as there UserName and personally if I am helping someone I prefer to respond to someone by name ... not "something" on the internet , we are after all a User Community helping each other here .... not paid Support Staff. Followup : the CSR I am chatting with on my "Bad Cabinet" Plan SEH Errors has also confirmed to me that there is a known Issue with Intel 600 Series Cards at the moment , which we all have in our Secondary machines. Whatever "Bug" I found ( not told ) they think will disappear/be fixed in the next updated to 20.2 which She said should be available in the next 7-14 days.... no word on the Intel 600 Fix , as I just provided her with more info on that issue yesterday. Draw the Railing in it's Own Plan perhaps or use a BackClipped Cross Section set to 6" so you only see the Railing might work too Post the Plan and I think someone will advise... this is a User Based self help Forum so as others said it's good to have your Forum Signature filled in please, especially with the Software Version, and of course a Name is nice too .............. ***see mine below in Blue for how to do that. If you don't see my Signature then you have them turned off for the Forum Toggle it on in UserName>Account >Signatures...... go to the Upper RH Corner of Forum Window. M.

No idea what is causing it, I have seen the weirdness in the DBX too, but when I see Weirdness like this in STD or PBR views I Paint the "Bad Material" using the eyedropper Tool from one that is working eg the Slab next to the Driveway which seems to fix it. I have the same in a Kitchen project , the Cabinets near the Fir French Doors keep changing from White to a Brownish White , like it is picking up some of the Fir Colour , so I just Eye Dropper it off the Cabinet next to it each time it changes.....yes it's a Real PITA ..... this new lighting Engine , is still in Beta me thinks M.

Box,Bay and Bows use the default Window , so you can perhaps change it there 1st if different from those used? you can also use TAB or the Next Icon to access the Windows in a box,bay or bow window too , to edit the in-place windows click over the window then hit TAB or the Next Icon and the selection should shift to the individual Window. M.

If they have a normal map , you change it on the general panel I believe , not via the Texture check box now , it's not so much a "Blend" though as a change.... M.
