  1. Have a look at this file it is working a lot better i added a terrain break set retaining walls to default top and bottom heights and tweeked the terrain data to help 24wc_left_7ft_exp2.plan
  2. When i was looking at your file i noticed you had terrain data on top of terrain data there is a elevation region in front of garage if you keep the elevation region and remove the elevation lines in the same space as your elevation region buy doing a complete break and deleting the over lapping data your terrain will behave much better you should never have multiple elevation data in the same space
  3. that model needs a terrain hole as your terrain is quiet steep and its surface shows up on multiple floors so chief is can not clip correctly
  4. Upload your plan would help you might have intersecting terrain elevation data or you have just not told the terrain to rebuild after you added the data it’s hard to tell with out the plan file
  5. Make sure the roof plane that butts into that wall does not cross it , it should just touch its edge as roof planes stop walls
  6. This is close to auto but auto roof needs to be off on final edit i hope there some smart person on this forum who can get it all the way Desired roof.plan
  7. Export to cad detail then adjust to suit
