    unless you fully understand all the things needed in an electrical load plan and a plumbing diagram, have your professional electrician or plumber help you lay it out.

    Your driver date is old try a newer version, they release new drivers about every month.

    I think its a bug, used to work good. turn it in to support.

    Did you uncheck merge co-linear walls before breaking the walls and setting the pitch. It should be 3 separate walls. works for me

    you also have to tun this off after breaking the wall and changing the pitch

    look in the wall DBX, there you can add any pitch you want different than the default on a wall-by-wall basis.

    just build it with stem block walls and check slab on top.

    call Chief's sales, they will tell you.

    two of your new walls were listed as attic walls, change them to normal walls and uncheck no room definition and no locate, then you will get a roof and a floor.

    Post the actual plan file so we can see what you did. I have done thousands of additions without any problems, it might just be how you put it together or settings. it would also be easier to read if the new and existing walls were different color fil.

    you can also re-migrate them in preferences.

    make sure you turn on the monitors first then start your computer. I have a similar setup. it always starts on the left one first then switches to the right. Mine are also set to the same resolution and 4k

    try to open the material and change the line color to black, and increase the weight.

    I have drawn many plans in X16 without any problems a lot of them were brought forward from x15 preliminary plans.

    the room needs to be an open below room

    Create a custom countertop for that island and just break it and drag that end back.

    Yep it's also required here in California but also almost everything must be engineered here also so all that is on his calc's and drawings.

    i always have a second floor in my templates and even have a box second floor plan in my template plan . It makes it easy to delete if I don't need a 2nd floor. I would rather delete than add.

    or if you need the upper wall, make the upper wall invisible

    We used to be able to adjust the footings independently a few versions back, but now you can't very easily. not sure why it went away. It was really easy to manipulate the footings for pads etc.
