  1. Can anyone tell me how to change the backdrop color (from default gray) to white for perspective full overview in Physically based view? I have checked the camera defaults, and I am able to change every other type of view to have a white backdrop, just not Physically based. Thanks so much!! Brian.
  2. 608 E Brown plan prelim.zipAuto rebuild roof is not working. I can rebuild by checking "make roof baseline polylines", and going through the roof building steps, but the auto feature seems to be using the old baseline. How do I tell the program to make new baselines automatically? I tried to upload the plan file but I am getting an error. thanks, Brian.
  3. Mick, The auto rebuild attic walls didn't seem to do anything, but I think I have stumbled into an elevation I'm willing to accept. Thanks so much for your help. Eric, thanks for your reply. Delete floor is a great idea to clean up a messy attic. Thanks for that.!!
  4. All of my settings match yours, and the siding gable seems pulled to left. But It seems you have to have the brick frieze in both gables or none. Thank you for your response. Brian.
  5. Kbird1, Thanks for your reply. That fixed the gap and the missing frieze, as well as the brick frieze below the return. What do you suggest for the brick frieze that is present but not correct in the upper siding gable? Also, odd gap on the top side of the full return (won't really show in 3d views anyway) I can remove the frieze from the roof plane, but it removes it from the lower brick gable where it does belong. Should I just draw a frieze manually using polyline solid? Thank you so much!!
  6. Here is the plan in zip file. thanks, Brian. ramone niese plan 1.zip
  7. I have a brick wall, and it has a gable wall above it that is siding. Full roof return. The gable siding wall is not building the correct thickness (seems to be using the brick wall thickness from below), and the frieze board in the gable not building correctly. I expect this issue is in my wall structure settings, but I can't figure it out. Screenshot. I would attach my plan file, but the system says it's too large. Thanks, Brian. X14
  8. Chopsaw, Thank you very much for your reply. Best wishes. Brian.
  9. I figured out my problem. I had two door schedules (hence the two door numbers), but each schedule had different features, such as room name, which resulted in different door numbers.
  10. I am having a problem with door labels. I have "include schedule number" checked on the door settings, and I have "include schedule number" for the label set in the Schedule, but I am getting odd labels that do not make sense -such as D18, D16 - 3068. File would not upload, so here is Onedrive link. Thanks, Brian. https://1drv.ms/u/s!ApLoJtsNFkLMgrN9XfUXzWHo-HljFA?e=ZyJ83w
  11. Ahhh.. I understand. Changing the brick wall to only build platform to outside of fir wall makes it build correctly. thanks and best wishes. Brian.
  12. yes, that makes sense. My wall 1st floor and 2nd floor are set to build platform to outside of brick. I wonder if having the 1st floor wall set to gable is a conflict?
  13. oddly, when I change the exterior wall to "interior wall", it builds correctly (only no brick)
  14. I am having a problem getting the exterior brick to build at the truss location as pictured. I have checked all the structure settings, and the result shown is from auto roof. Please advise. Thanks Brian. file attachedTaylor plan 23.plan Taylor plan 23.plan Taylor plan 23.plan
