You might try to turn "hardware edge smoothing" to "none". It has helped others in the past.

Printing higher than 96 does no good at all unless you need to print at a larger size for some reason. Do a test and see

What's the DPI setting do you use to save your PDF's, about 100dpi will work, no need to save PDF's at anything higher for that application. a high setting is just bulk and will slow things down

The connection still looks bad, if you use the wall layer connection tool that I said to use, it will clean that up

Can't you just put each level on a different layout page, then do the pdf. It seems to me you need a layout to do it.

Well, when sending to the layout ,you could send a copy of the layerset with the view ,but I personal would never use it. It just creates a lot of extra layersets and get confusing.

Use post to beam, and adjust the spacing to get what you want.

There is nothing to compare, it just a short video showing the basic's of a model. I really don't need a critic of weather you think it good or not, it works for me. Anyway I have already posted some videos.. The way I see it you are just spamming this site to get business for your video service. I would never spend $199 for such an easy thing to do yourself
