  11. Gene, I can control the line weight but the whole thing is very dark, even the exterior ambient won't change anything.
  12. In the roof DBX you can set the ridge height anything you want and the pitch will change automatically.
  13. Lately ,I've had a problem for a while with watercolor and lines that are just too dark and no way to lighten them up espically the skys and terrain. Not sure why, might be a video driver. Using the latest Nvidia drivers. here is an example
  14. I think you have to create a foundation to get the floor default for that. If not it's a virtual Fake foundation based on the floor defaults.

  16. Scott is correct, I always have an extra floor, if not just for fireplace chimneys and more control of attic spaces.
  17. Typical renderings just don't print in B&W or Grayscale very good. Instead use watercolor with lines and tone down all the color settings. Color printing is still way too expensive. Anew tool with rendering and line drawing would be really nice for typical B&W and grayscale printing.
  18. Why would someone take on this project and wait for the plan geting approved to get paid--not me. Sounds like its out of your hands
