Furniture Dining Group, 5 Of 6 Chairs Show Through Table? How To Move To Back?

Hi all, 

Furniture doesn't seem to have a send to back, send to front option.  Is there a way to make furniture look right in the plan?  It's just sloppy looking when all but one chair is either over or under a table?

If you've grouped the chairs and table into an Architectural Block, then the z-order gets all messed up. If the chairs and table aren't blocked, you should be able to select the table and send it to front via the toolbar button - but it's true that you can't control symbol draw order by the dbx.

Move to front tool bar button....what will they think of next.  I hadn't ever seen that, I've always looked in the DBX, I'm making a hotkey for the sucker.  Thank you.

The only way I have had this worked consistently is to click my heels together 3 times and chant....

I just ran into that problem with a table and chair grouping from Chief's library.  My solution was to explode the block and then select and drag the table off to the side.  I then clicked on copy and just placed the table copy back in the approximate center of the chairs and that put all the chairs under the table.

It takes me 4 clicks,  a chant AND a few choice words......  and then it works perfectly.......  most of the time........  if there is a full moon......

Right click or bottom of screen in the edit bar. "Move to Front of Group". Looks like a couple pieces of paper...one black and one white.

Where is it? I've scrolled over every button and none of them say "move to front".
