  1. Where are you seeing that calculated ? It might be helpful to post the plan file.
  2. Ah Ha.... A fake signature. It seems that even if you make a video it rarely works. A whole 1 out of 5 that actually watched the video.
  3. You can also set that in the wall DBX.
  4. Sorry you can only have one copy of a schedule. Sounds like you need to leave it in your Cad Detail and send to layout from there or Cut it from the Cad Detail and paste it into your plan view. Or if you just need a working copy... Ignore the duplicate numbers and delete before printing.
  5. What is it that you are actually trying to edit ? The measurement or the size of the room ? Also what version of the software are you using ?
  6. Click the little gear tool and make sure "Show All Layers" is NOT selected and you should be good.
  7. It will move together if you just click slightly inside the polyline and it will highlight the whole thing to show you it is all selected. If you are using a dimension to move it make sure you select the "Move Object" option when entering the new dimension.
  8. You will need to establish a defined room for the automatic decking to generate. Railing is not connected to exterior wall on north side and it appears you will need a room divider at the south end to connect to the exterior wall and set you room to be a deck with the proper levels and you should be good.
  9. Yes that would be great. You can just highlight and copy the link in your browser to reference the whole thread or there is a little tool in the top right of each comment to link one of those specifically.
  10. There really should not be any reason that once you set up the Library Object tool that you could apply a hot key to it. That might make a good suggestion for an up coming version.
  11. Not so sure you can have those on hot keys but you can set them up on a Library Object toolbar.
  12. You would think they might be able to figure it out by the eavestrough placement but I guess "structural people" are sadly not as observant as they should be sometimes. Likely they are more familiar with notes from other less illustrative software programs.
  13. You can create a division line by making a copy of your material. It does not have to be different in any way other than the name.
  14. It might be interesting to see what tech support has to say about that situation.
  15. That is definitely an odd situation. I have a feeling it has been discussed before but don't know if it is a bug or if there is a clever solution.
  16. Sorry I did not notice the black border. That makes it tricky. Give this one a try, I made it in GIMP.
  17. But unfortunately only at perfect 90° angles unless you use a copied or manually placed framing member.
  18. Yes that can be achieved. What did it look like when you tiled the material sample ? You can also adjust the scale of the tiling if necessary.
  19. What is wrong with it being tiled ? The sample seems much smaller than the room.
  20. Not so sure they have fixed that yet. Try a 0" width room divider across the end of your railing wall and nudge it in as close as 1/64" with your arrow keys while the room divider is selected and connected to the railing wall.
  21. Looks good. Unfortunately it seems that framers are the ones that don't like to see the framing details but sometimes it does matter.
  22. Was there a specific detail you needed to show Lance ? If you really had to you could build a truss with polyline solids but with proper editing you can do almost anything you need to even though it could definitely be easier.
  23. Open up your camera DBX and check the Field of View setting. Try something like 45°. It appears yours is much higher.
  24. I think maybe it got to the point that Premier users were not inclined to make use of the stock templates because most of us have so many other default settings and content that to change styles is not significant and usually needs to be customized for each custom build any way. If that is not the case for you maybe @Kbird1 could find and provide the link to the X9 files he was referring to and you could add them to your library.
  25. Oh yes it can, by a programmer but unfortunately not a user.
