  1. See if you have an updated Print driver for that plotter
  2. Could be a lot of things, it depends on how you did your wall or roof, Just no way to know what you did without posting.
  3. For me its a shadow board weather its on a rake or a fascia.
  4. Use the landing tool, create the bottom, then concentric copy and raise the height of the 2nd landing to whatever your riser height is.
  5. That just looks like a statement to me ,Does it work ?
  6. Open up Adobe and use Repair setting, it will reinstall the driver and links portion for your computer. Sometimes I have to do that also. And make sure you have selected adobe PDF in the printer selection.
  7. Along the Beach here, we typically have 25" wide lots and 3' sideyards
  8. I also get that but, sometimes it works as advertised. Wish I knew why.
  9. The NVidia driver you show is an old one. 296 is old they are up to 335 now. Try updating it
  10. Every city has there own standards around here, you have to go to their website and look it up in the zoning code laws or the municipal codes.

  16. When variance's are involved, I always look for precedence, if they let someone else do it, than they can't turn you down or they can face a lawsuit from the homeowner.
  17. You also need to set your PDF driver to color or it will be whatever its set at no matter what Chief says.
  18. you can also make one using the cad blocks for electrical symbols in the plan.

  21. Floor-ceiling truss and roof truss are a different tool and they are there, but its not automatic. You have to draw the truss in the plan so it can replace the framing you set up. If you want a 16" floor truss, you have to set up that depth in the plan for the floor system. Then draw the truss in the plan and multiple copy from there.
  22. Currently in X6, you can use the floor ceiling- roof- beam tools to quickly draw the beams, and they go on their own layer automatically. I also show beams in the plan as a thick dotted line. I also use the post tool for posts. I used to use p-solids for those, but these new tools do it very nice. Sometimes I have to use the in front tool to move the post to show but it won't work every time them you need to go into the DBX to move it in front.
