sthieldesign
I am trying to recreate Atrium windows per plan. Can anyone help me on how to do this?
Joe_Carrick
There are Atrium Window Symbols in the Core/Architectural/Windows Library Folder. They can be placed as needed. If you need to have them on a Solid Railing Wall you simply set the bottom elevation to the top height of the wall.

DMDesigns
I see you got it close already. If the Chief symbols will not work try posting your plan. Dave
johnny
You guys have me curious though how those act as the roof as well? I'll play around with it....

glennw
Or...have a look at the Garden window at Architectural...Windows... Window Units...Protruding...Garden. It may be a little easier if it suits.
sthieldesign
Thanks Glenn but windows sit on the exterior wall and angle into roof so that won't work for this job.
justmejerry
I played around with it a bit. Added a pony wall where the windows would butt up to house because you would need a wall there. so pony wall has doorway full width of that alcove. If it is an as built, then you could drag the wall back towards kitchen and extend windows in those couple inches. 507 Dahlia Susan 042616 revised.plan
DMDesigns
Actually you already did it, its just the wall got moved so there was no floor, hence the grass.. Just connect the wall again. Good Work
DMDesigns
And if you add an invisible wall you can assign no ceiling.. ENJOY - 507 Dahlia Susan 042616.plan
sthieldesign
Thank you so much guys! I can proceed now, hate it when I spend hours trying to figure one little thing out instead of the design itself. Thanks so much:)
