At least use layersets (saved sets of layer settings), one for structural, one for electrical, etc. I use annosets to change layersets and more. Search on this forum for "layersets" and "annosets". It will be worth your time.

I have had problems in the last month or so with my mouse occasionally double clicking when I just clicked once.

San Antonio College ("SAC") a two year junior college just north of downtown San Antonio, Texas used to have a course using Chief Architect. It would not be a bad place to spend a semester.
