  1. Make sure the roof plane that butts into that wall does not cross it , it should just touch its edge as roof planes stop walls

  20. i had a quick look at your file you cannot put terrain data on top of terrain data so elevation region must not have other elevation line over it
  21. Chief has some good training videos on this topic also you can put things on different layers and on those layers you can be turned off for material calc
