  1. David, I guess you need a since of humor, to understand
  2. Look up "reference sets", you can use them to show anything you want. You have to set up a new reference set just like you would for a new layerset.
  3. You have the option to show the lower wall in the pony wall DBX. Windows will gray out though. Try to reference the foundation plan also.
  4. I agree there are just to many places to adjust floor heights and that can get confusing.
  5. Here is what I got "Mandatory requirement's" This is just the code to follow Chapter 4 - Residential Mandatory Measures.pdf
  6. Just turn off auto foundation and drag the footing wherever you want it. You can also adjust the footings to any depth or thickness individually. I tend to not have the slab generate on porches and add one manually.
  7. Break the straight wall, reverse the layer direction of 1of the 2 walls and drag the end back. Sometimes it helps to place a line where you want the break.
  8. I have been learning it recently, and I will have to get use to it. I have lots of thick walls and jogs and niches, and it would be a good test. I have the e7100 and it work fine. I'm still not ready for prime time yet, and I'm talking about me not the program. One thing I wish it had was a way to archive my measurements (dimensions) within the program, and leave them on all the time. I want a record of the original measurements. Without that , not sure I can use it. I have an ipad.
  9. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO HAVE ANY 2 MIRRORS TO REFLECT INTO EACH OTHER. If one doesn't reflect maybe the mirrors reflect button isn't turned on.
  10. Larry, I didn't spend a lot of time checking everything, but I can see in your video that it still doesn't have the correct "stem wall top settings" @ -31, that should be a -24 like the slab, those should be the same, then you would have to change some of the footings/ stem walls individually. Look at the diagram Chief gives you, doesn't look correct does it. In a mono slab setting "c" and "d" should be the same.
  11. OK guys, if anyone is the a**, its me, and don't you forget it.
  12. Same thing here, mostly fixed, still some work to do on the floor to floor cripple walls FLOOR HEIGHTS SOMEWHAT FIXED.plan
  13. I don't think you can just install your old SSD in the new computer without re-format and install windows again b/c all the hardware is different with different config's, so IMO, it won't work. Your better off with a new install using that old SSD anyway. you also could be looking for trouble down the road.
  14. Thank you sir, I'm always for anything that saves time.
  15. NVidia is coming out this week with a fix, at least they say. Watch for it.
  16. Chief says they have been testing with Windows 10 without any problems so far.
  17. Agree with Joe, it just not the way I would do it.
