What Does This Mean When I Saved Layout?

That message just indicates that you have a lot of Archive Files which may be taking up a lot of disk space.  Supposedly answering "Yes" will open the folder in "Windows Explorer" and allow you to delete some or all of them.  I say supposedly because it usually doesn't work.  So, if you want to clean it up - just open Windows Explorer and navigate to the Archive Folder and do the maintenance that way.

Joe,  it has always worked for me whether I am on a PC or a MAC.

How about "highly likely" Lew?

Can you give me that?

I think most all drive cleaners will ask or notify w/ "OK?" if the Recycle Bin is to be emptied. In the initial setup, for sure.

I know Windows does.

When the Recycle Bin reaches its specified capacity, it deletes the oldest files 1st.

So your "inventory" is always being rotated. out w/ the old, in w/ the new.

I just looked at mine. Oldest file still there is over 2yrs old.
