Two Door Styles In One Cabinet

I have two door styles in one wall cabinet. the upper one has glass. How do I make them different without using two stacked cabinets?

You could designate one as a Drawer.  The Hardware would require a bit of work and the Door Opening Indicator would be missing but otherwise.....

Or, you could select the door to have glazing and go find one in the library.  The downside might be matching door styles to what your project calls for.

You can use as many different door styles as you have doors on your cabinet.  You just click on the door you want to change and then click on the "library" button.

Great answer!  I forgot about that - even though I use that feature to place multiple appliances in Tall Cabinets.

That is what I thought, but Chief must have been misbehaving on me as I changed on to glass, but they all changed. Then latter I did another to change both, but only one changed so I had two different doors in one cabinet. It is not completely reliable.

I think its been pretty reliable for me.  Keep in mind that there are two different ways to change the door style.  If you go to the "door/drawer" page, you can change the door style for the whole cabinet.  If you go to the "front" page and click on the door, you can change the door style for just that one door.  The individual door style has priority and will no longer change when you change the cabinet door style unless you then "clear" it.

To change only one to glass you have to align a glass door from the library. Checking off "glaas" in the dbx will affect all the doors.

If the door style you need doesn't already exist in the library you have to make or adapt one and add it.

See the attached image. Once in the cabinet DBX select the actual door to change in the DBX camera window (1). That brings up the "Front" tab (2). From there you can select the door of choice from the Library (3).
