    My bad... you did have a ceiling plane. So I went ahead and drew the trusses, no problems

    You must have a ceiling to build a truss. You do not have a ceiling in the room.

    See pic, See blue marker, that is on PAGE ZERO, I point to point a corner of house to that blue marker for each PLAN VIEW. It does not snap but it is close enough for me.

    It did take awhile to download, but well worth it. I am lucky I do not need a grain elevator to download the file....... I think I saw a grain elevator 40 years ago when I was traveling through the great midwest..... do you guys really use those things?

    If I open the plan, do a marquis select, everything is selected including cameras, and I can then delete everything.

    The invisible wall method does not work. Try putting the wall you extended on its own layer and turn that layer off.

    I do it your way, i think it is the best way (cad detail), I have experienced the same issue, I would suggest making the layout box.......... HUUUUUGGGGGEEEEE!)

    the camera view is probably open, close the camera view and the camera icon will disappear.

    I just wanted to clue you guys in a the WAYFAIR TRADE library that CA just made available for download. It is a great library with a lot of stuff in one place. Thanks CA.

    I spent a few more minutes on it and I believe it is now fixed. All I did was disconnect the walls per previous post, fed my dog and kissed my wife, reconnected the walls, and I think all is well. MacDill RH-Unit B fixed.plan

    I understand. I did not use that plan. I did open the plan with the rooms and I understand the dilemma. Interesting though that if I disconnect the wall in bath 2, see pic., the alignment behaves.

    In defense of Tech support, nobody knows everything. Even the Great Glenn Woodward has a few chinks in his armor (framing). We just need to stick together and share our knowledge and we will all become more proficient.

    You had not created ROOMS. You only had two walls. As soon as I made those walls part of a ROOM, the walls aligned. I suppose the point is.... THE ALIGN WALL tool will not work for walls that are not part of a ROOM.

    Just imagine this is not your plan and somebody posts this info. Do you really think you would spend time trying to figure out what the heck you are talking about without a plan. I give up.
