I maybe missing something Joe? but if CAD Style is On they are both the Same Size for me (As expected) according to the Manual...... Text, Markers Schedules and CallOuts all use CAD Style by default. and if you don't use CAD Style for Rich Text, it uses the Font's Information , the same as a Word Processor does instead.... ( under Character size in Help or Manual )

you don't really say what you are trying to achieve and I think Michael is right.... but I am curious why you would want to Round up or Down in the Schedule ? If the Model is accurate so should the Schedule be? M.

Neil ...by now you should know to post the plan, Eric or someone else would already have posted the Answer by now if you had Trying changing the Framing Material in the Wall Def. back to Metal Stud since that's what you want , then make sure to Build the Framing and make sure Wall Framing is On in all 3d Views. If that doesn't help it is most likely your Walls main Layer (Framing) is NOT a framing type material. eg you used Fir set to be a Material with an Area not Framing Type. Most Framing Types have the on Center (OC) measurement in their name eg 16 "OC or 24"OC whether Metal or Wood. M.

Using Michael's Test above I am seeing the opposite..... With CAD Style on (Default?) my capital A is 6" per the defined Text Style setting.... If I uncheck CAD Style it is 4 1/4" and moves UP (note CAD lines)

My guess would be that the "PBR Light Engine" either doesn't "see" ARCH Blocks or it doesn't know how to handle them , especially when they are disparate Items like a Toilet, an Exhaust fan and and Upper cabinet in this example. Which one's properties would it use? perhaps none? if it has no clue? M.

I may misunderstand but the Light Source in the Dark View is in another Room so I am not surprised it is dark.... normally I drop one right behind the Camera so it isn't seen, if the Auto 3D is badly placed ie in the view. M.

Isn't it weird the Invisible wall is there in Vector View? it shouldn't display anything should it ? even if Invisible walls are on in the ALDO.... M.

I had a problem Plan on the Weekend from a Client with HD Pro with these same issues and Reset to Defaults DID NOT work.....I thought it was going to be the easy fix but no, I ended up doing the Match Properties Roundabout on each level, several times with 6-8 cross sections open so I could tab through them, and all was finally well.

Nice catch....Even if you have Use Last Folder Checked... the line below still tells you were the last save was made... it will even let you Browse there by checking Use this Folder Easiest way as mentioned is to do another Save as and see where it want to save again this time..... M.

Change it in your Template Plan too , ie do it once and forget about it M.

Try F12 too.... save the camera when it is good and reuse.... don't open a new one...may help? Daylight and Interior in the Camera Defaults.... M.

Completely agree , it seems to have ONE m2 slot ( probably a combo nvme/sata) port , so you would need a SATA me Riser card to reuse the 1TB drive along with a much faster (4x) Samsung 970 EVO 500GB or 1TB ......I use the 500GB for Programs and OS. If you don't add lighting Chief will add one to the Room the Camera is in , which can have issues in alot of current designs being that everything is Open plan now , cos you can view stuff one or two "Rooms" away eg family into Kitchen etc if it is just spilt up with invisible walls or you are standing in a Hall looking into a Bathroom. I normally set both Ambients at 50-55% (and nightime at 6-8%) which can help , as I don't do lighting early either..... For PBR try .4 exp. and 100% brightness. M.

I saw another report of Sills not working Correctly in X11 too , so it maybe nothing you are doing , there appears to be a new bug they are trying to sort out.... But without a Plan ...who knows.... M.
