House wall included in house square footage ,not included in garage .This is the way it is calculated in my area.

Hate it when they do that. Start on second floor and click on a room then click on choose like objects tool and set ceiling heights in dbx. box. Go to floor one and do the same drill. This should do it. I usually ck. each room to see if ceiling height changed correctly.(pita) Also ck cross sections and make sure all is as supposed to be. Hope you haven't printed it all out yet. Are you on the basement level of the plan when you places the light. If so and this is what you are getting, click on the light and hold down the ctl. key and move the light into the position you want. This should place the light in the correct position. Have a great day,Ken
