    I would suggest keeping your ambient lighting to no more than 20 pct. Too much tends to make a scene look flat.

    Add lighting sources to the scene (set as a point light) but be sure not to place them too close to the ceiling or you will get an unwanted bright spot on the ceiling. I find that 60" to 72" AFF with a 96" ceiling usually works.

    Use the 'Add Lights' tool to create some general lighting throughout the space. Be sure not to place them too high or you will get a glow on the ceiling.

    There are some generic models available in the bonus libraries but that's it. You can find plenty of models in the 3D Warehouse and other libraries online.
