It looks like you need to adjust the height of your porch. Best to post the plan so we can get a look at whats going on with your plan.

You can open your files created in earlier versions with X15 but once they are saved in the new version, you cannot open them in an older version. Check out this article from the Knowledge Base https://www.chiefarchitect.com/support/article/KB-01209/message-this-plan-cannot-be-opened.html There is also an issue with the file type used in older versions, more info here https://www.chiefarchitect.com/support/article/KB-00279/opening-legacy-files.html

I'll second what DB said, a picture file is the best way to accomplish this.

Creating a basic 3 or 4 panel interior Shaker style door
ericepv replied to csmart01's topic in General Q & A
Try using a glass panel door with 3 vertical lites and then set the thickness of the muntins to you desired size. In the materials tab, set the glass to a material to match the rest of the door. -
Here's a link to Rene's tutorial:

Rob: Click on the gear icon to the right of the preview panel, that will bring up a drop down menu. From there, click on 'Details' & 'Preview'. You can also do this with the 'Folders' section by right clicking and choosing 'Filter Results'. Rene did a great video on the new library awhile back, if I can find it I'll post it here. Eric

Looking for help to create Cupboard Latch for Kitchen Cabinets
ericepv replied to DawnSimp's topic in Symbols and Content
I downloaded this symbol (attached) from 3D Warehouse for a project I did a few years ago. You can bring it into SU and separate it manually. Cabinet Latch-Kitchen.skp -
Your walls do not align on the exterior because they are two different widths. The wall to the left has a 50mm cladding making it 300mm vs the wall on the right which is only 250mm.
