    Got an update this morning for X8 but don't see it mentioned in the announcements or any description of what it fixed.

    THe cheat method is too have an actual photo of a door/drawer with the desired finish and apply it as a material to a slab door/drawer. You can even crop out flat sections of the finish to apply to the cabinet box. Kind of hoky and limited but........

    My work seems to be getting slower as well. Doing a basement and sending screen shots to 11x17 layout. Slow moving between screens. Had a black screen for about 3 seconds or so one time. I hope this can be fixed.

    ake a "movie" with tay traced images in Microsoft Movie Maker. It is not a walk through but if the RT images are sequential you get the same idea but better looking images.

    Just did it in a new plan. I think the problem is I drew CMU stem walls for the basement on level 1. I guess I will have to place manually. No Biggie... Just don't do what I did!!

    I was using blinds. Tried curtains and selected blinds and they show in the dbx but not on the actual window. MIllwork is checked to display. I must be doing something stupid. But it's not like I never did blinds before....

    Working on a plan in X8 and cannot get window blinds to show. Tried Roman and pleated. Closed and reopened Chief and still no go. Can someone check this on their system?

    Glen had it. cut and paste in place in attic using hold position. Clean as a whistle!

    THe cabinet is a susan. THe real problem comes in vector view. In std render view the problem is z fighting. I sometimes like vector view for quick and easy view with clean lines. THe std render view can often look a little hazy. No cabinet door panel definition or should I say little.

    This is really a pain. I can fix it except for corner cabinets. The info seems to be there but grayed out. Please fix this.
