Great to hear its not just me, so I suppose we had better get a support ticket in and try and get to the bottom of it.

I am finding with X7 the floor heights are not as stable as they were. I am forever fighting this lately.

There was a similar topic in the last week, I believe CA are looking at the problem.

I stopped using auto elevation dims as they were not working, I don't think it has been fixed yet. Auto antything can be between 10% and 100% correct.

Not sure about the shadows, have not tried, but the rest is standard.

I only have foundations of Level 0, as do quite a number of others.

Actually I know the answer it is caused by the roof of the house 3 doors down.

Scott I replaced your rev table on sheet 0 with a real one and all works. You had just a text item not a rev table

I have now resorted to using the inbuilt printer driver and put up with the larger file sizes as I have had so many problems with any other printer driver. I cannot print the entire page if I have an embedded pdf on the page, some part of the page will print blank usually the bottom half of the sheet but sometimes other areas. Was pointed out in beta by the way.

CA have not worked out the correct symbols for non continous blocking, needs to be done manually.

It must not have saved for some strange reason. operator error?? I have not seen the info not save so cant really be of any help.

FOUNDATION LAYER 0 for the foundations is my way of thinking

I have had no more crashes in X7 than in X6, I have noticed only minor slow down. However i do not do renderings so dont have a lot of symbols, and hence file sizes are generally in the 10 to 30 Mb range (often smaller). Also at the time of upgrading I also went from an nvidia gt560 (1MB) to a gtx660 (2Mb) graphics card as I had it lying around from my sons gaming machine.

Scott that sounds the easiest to cover any and all possibilities.

I used to do that several versions ago, as I found the template used to get bloated with stuff no longer used. But now just save as to a new location, point the program at the new file and go for it.

Alan In the level 0 uncheck floor under this room and you then dont have double floors, you have specified two floor levels 4 inches apart.
