  1. Do whatever you need to do b/c this is your business and there is no messing around with that.
  2. And you may have to move your roof down also;, unless you have auto rebuild roof on
  3. Never done that myself but if I did you might try invisible walls with no ceiling or roof, just a flat floor. The exterior walls could be a p-solid or a real solid, windows and doors would be difficult but doable if you have time to do it.
  4. No way to do it automatically in Chief, you would need to create everything manually. You won't get framing also.
  5. worked great for me also.
  6. Maybe you didn't turn it on in the layer sets or post the plan for an exact answer
  7. you could also just hit "Clear printer info" and start over.
  8. My last encounter with ada code ramps here is 1;12 ratio

  12. Energy heal trusses for the joists size difference sounds right to me.
  13. Check sketchup wherehouse, Chief really isn't a program for commercial work but some do it.
  14. I didn't say no one will use it, it would be quite nice for trade shows, I just think most won't.
  15. You would think it would work when you open it and change it in the plan view, at least it should. Thanks Michael, I'll try that for now.
  16. Also Chief X10 will not remember the layerset you change it to. You must resend to get the correct layerset
  17. I have been using QB online and they add new features all the time Have you checked them out recently? I like the idea that everything in on the cloud just in case.,

  19. check to see that your video card drivers are up to date

  21. Thanks, I had no idea, social security coming your way. happy B-day my friend and drawing Dawg.
  22. I use one template plan b/c I too had several for different condition but it got to much to change all of them to keep them up to date. One generic template is good for me and remember you can add anything off the page and drag it on when you need it. That way you have what you need to work more efficient. Anything off the page won't print.
