Creating Reference sets are also big for me, It's use them for showing other things from another floor on the current floor. I use a reference set for just about every plan, roof , framing , site etc. You can set them up in the layout but create them in the plan. Very handy for creating construction Doc.s

No need to add another 2nd floor, its already there, just and walls or whatever you need. When you add a floor it covers the whole plan.

For me it's "PDF" format with security set to not printable. I also send a movie showing the 3d stuff. -
I use Snagit all the time, here and to my clients, never had any complaints.

I always have my browser set to 125% zoom, changing it to 100% helped a lot. Never seen that before, usually it adjusts automatically.

Sometimes you need to add interior casings as well.

I have also seen this and I just use a casing 1" and it seems to fix it. With no casing there might be some z-fighting

I have a 40" monitor and still too big and can't see all of it. Does anyone else see it.

Larry, one thing about your videos is that the viewing screen is a lot larger than my monitor size so I have to scroll up and down. Not sure, but when you size your screen viewing area ,maybe a little smaller will fix it. see below

Nice Larry, What I do is put those lines and markers in my template plan elevations, already sent to layout. and they are already there every time I start a new job.

You can also make a Macro of it ( very simple to do), Then when you want that same text, just insert the macro. Also if you need to change the text, change it and every instance of it will change also automatically. This is very helpful for notes you use in every plan.

I may have created a couple of the same text styles for different types of plans. For me its all automatic so say, I have a 1/2" scale plan which needs smaller text size, so just create another text style just for that occasion. They are all part of the anno-sets so, automatic and I never need to think about that again.. I guess I could have labeled it better but like I say, "What the H***". I always use "Use layer for text style b/c its a lot easier to change it there if you need to.
