I was exactly where you are, many years ago.
-
Here is where you can adjust them
-
You need to put the plan in a zip folder to send it , also the chief plan must be closed before zipping it.
-
I'm sure if you could post the actual Chief plan it would be more useful for helping you.

Rod, turbo -cad (IMSI) bought Design-cad and let Design cad die on the vine. Why would they need 2 cad programs, we knew that when IMSI bought it. -

It's called Design Cad, did hundreds of jobs on it a long time ago, you can get it for $50 bucks now. They are letting it die on the vine. -

How Can I Create This Round Base For The Cabinet?

It's a valence, Check the lib. for one. you can also create one from a p-solid and it also can be a molding added to the cabinet. -
Come on Lakers, Oh--never mind.

David, I think some in your list are Super power users b/c I know I'm still learning from most of them.

OBVIOUSLY YOU GUYS ARN'T THINKING. Chief is by far the best thing for $2,500.00. If you want "GUI", go ahead and pay min. $6,000.00 for it then. Your Choice, you can't compare a $2,500 program with a $6,000 min. program. They can't possibly be the same. All I hear is "I want, I want". Then go pay for it. -
Don't they know that the plan is pretty much done at that point. Seems stupid to me. For me, building the model takes the most time, the rest is easy.

I would go for the framing, although stairs would be nice. -
I just use the ceiling and floor beam tools
-
I also just use a railing wall made from the shower wall. By using a railing wall , I can adjust the top rail to be metal trim if need be, and the bottom rail as the bottom shower curb. If I need a pony wall next to the sink cabinet, then I use a p-solid for that. for the tile walls, I use a the material region tool so I can have it my way.
-
You can also make your own symbols. Scott hall has many videos on this at chieftutor.com
-
FYI, those stairs would be illegal in my neck of the woods. You can draw that railing wall on the flat floor and move it to the stairs and check follow stairs, that should work. You don't really need to build that out of landings, you can just make it all stairs if you want to.

and if you need to, create a new layer

I've got a 1000 watt power supply, does that qualify?
