Check your wall type and make sure you are using exterior railing, instead of interior railing.

I started using Kofax Power PDF Advanced... so far, so good! -
I believe in this case, since it is a basement slab, they are using the wire mesh solely as an attachment point for the slab heating system to hold the tubing in place during the pour, hence the lack of chairs or any effort to pull the mesh up.

I am curious why you don’t pour the slab first and then frame the load bearing walls?

My 3D Connexion Enterprise mouse that I use with my left hand has all the function keys, along with a lot of other buttons and they are all labeled. https://www.bing.com/videos/search?view=detail&mid=674A01E8AA12312BF5AE674A01E8AA12312BF5AE&q=3d

Curious what are you currently using, and why are you interested in Chief if you're looking for software that handles building options and multiple elevations per plan? Chief is a great 3D modeling program which I find very helpful when trying to help clients with their selections. But, it is not set up to handle a typical semi-custom or production builder's needs very efficiently.

Do you have any can ceiling lights or other light fixtures in the room? -
I am using the 3D Connexion mouse that came with the 3D Connexion Enterprise Space Navigator. The mouse is larger than most of the ones I have used in the past, which is very comfortable for me since I have very large hands.

I was having this issue with the toolbar going bye-bye but just finished a nice project with no hiccups... The solution for me was to only use the one monitor while modeling in Chief???

I was told by support that I needed to pause my OneDrive sync while using Chief… that is what they think is causing chief to freeze up. Seems to work so far.

How much do you charge for putting together a video like this for your clients? -
Here, I found a short video of using building options:

To be honest, this is how I handle the situation you have…

How about saving each option as a group symbol to your user catalog and then use the “Replace” command to show the customer her choices?
