I do mostly interior trim any more - so when I draw a hall with a 36" door at the end I make the hall 3'11 not 48" - 2 king studs and a cripple will give 5 1/2" per side x 2 + 36 = 3'11 so I frame all my closets etc over by 11" , 5 1/2 each side

I open the room - name it closet - the font size is 4, I want a size 3 - so after naming room I double click the name to change the font - I'd like to do that when I name the room.

I'd love to change the size of the room font right when I name the room.

You can always use a custom ceiling planes to do the job

Don't have a problem here - looks like the counter top has the transparency set other than default

Open the main wall dbx and go to structure and balloon thru ceiling above - then eliminate the attic wall

If you go in and change your gable and eve fascia to 11.25 your ceiling line won't stick out

From what I can see - your rafters are 9 1/4" but your fascia is only 7 1/4"

Go to the room - open rm spec - structure - shelf ceiling

Check all your walls - you have them chopped up - get them closed and everything is good

or include in total

use unspecified room and exclude from living area total

Why don't you use a panel resized to 3/4" - that way you can dimension

To remove the railing on the landing - click on the edge of the landing that is the problem - open object and click on "no railing on selected edge"
