cjanderson66
In the picture I have attached it is showing that my studs and my plate in a couple of the rooms are below the top of the stem wall. All the settings appear to be the same for all the rooms. I have had this happen before but can't seem to figure it out. Please help. Thanks. Also not sure why my plans are so large in size, maybe you can figure that one out too. Thanks lewis proposed plan.plan
Mark3D
You have pulled the bottom of the wall down i think to bring the stone down to the terrain best to check wall bottom default height and use slabs or other to extend your stone
johnny
You have pulled the bottom of the wall down i think to bring the stone down to the terrain best to check wall bottom default height and use slabs or other to extend your stone ^^^ that looks to be the issue. Wall materials regions would be an awesome solution if Chief would have allowed us to go around the corners with them.
Alaskan_Son
I haven't confirmed, but assuming the guys are right about the wall being pulled down, I would probably recommend you consider using a pony wall for your foundation rather than pulling the wall down.
Northriver
I deleted my first post after opening up your plan. I took an interior elevation of the walls in question and it shows stone on the interior of the wall continuing to the crawl space (Is that the design intent? ) as well as the exterior. Went to wall structure and you do have pony wall selected. Like the others said the wall was manually extended down. Nice design.
cjanderson66
Thank you all. That is exactly what the issue is. Everything time I have a exterior stone I bring it down to grade but did not realize that it brings the framing down.
DRAWZILLA
If you are using a slab foundation, you can adjust this tool and drop the stone or brick
