Gawdzira
Here is a link to a video of a selection that won't drop the highlight. This is the second time it has happened in this file. This is in X7 from legacy plan files. The only way I have been able to fix this is to close the file. Has anyone else seen this? http://youtu.be/ogvpmSwrrx0

Dermot
Never. Have you rebooted your machine recently?
Gawdzira
I do not reboot very often. I will do that today and see if this returns. This is not the first time this has happened but it is the first time it happened twice in such a short time period (about 5 mins apart). The other action that I was doing when it happened the first time yesterday was to copy a selection from one file and paste into another.
Dermot
I do not reboot very often. I often go weeks without rebooting. The first time I see something strange though, the kind of thing that just should not happen, I reboot and many times the problem will magically go away. DRAWZILLA
I have highlighted rooms and this happened many times in the past, I just close the plan and bring it up again. I shut down every night.
DavidJPotter
I have not observed this in X7, I have seen it in X6 and like everyone else, I just rebooted Chief and drove on. I shut down my PC every night. Running a PC just to leave it on is wasting it. I have observed that rebooting Windows and or Chief is the FIRST thing I do when confronted with a behavior problem of any kind. DJP
