Dennis_Gavin
I run into this all the time. Started with X9 I think. Not sure what the problem is. In my case It will show siding but when I change the material in the dbx it doesn't change the pllan wall. So I bring out the spray can. I think I posted on this in the past. dshall
I copied the wall and did not call it a PONY WALL, now take a look at it...... the wall is messed up for some reason .
glennw
Scott, Try this with the original wall. In a 3D view, click on the block wall and notice how it's boundary hilites. Drag the top of the block wall down to reveal the siding wall. You can't actually select the top part of the wall - all you get is the junction between the top and siding/block walls. Very strange indeed. It's like you have 3 wall definitions in that pony wall. Are you using the next beta version?
AndyGump
Go to Structure tab and click on the "Default Wall Top Height" button and the exterior layer will come back. I don't know why it set like that but it is. Andy.

dshall
I think the first chance anybody will have to see X-10 will be at the UGM....... and I bet if anybody gets to see it, they will be asked to not talk about it.
mrscott
Unless Glenn already has a copy...hum! BTW, I've recently learned about resetting wall tops and bottoms and it sure does fix a lot of weird issues in 3D views
