I think what Chop is looking for is essentially a way to use Chief to build a dollhouse and I'm thinking it may not be such a bad idea. Its a lot more complicated than just changing the dimension units though. We would end up having problems every single time we went to enter a dimension in any one of the dialogs. I thing what we would need is a default scale modifier setting where each plan would get a single 3D scale modifier.

A good use for a Hole In Roof Plane and possibly a Hole In Ceiling Platform/Hole In Floor Platform depending on the situation.

Ya, I definitely agree that we oftentimes have quite a bit of wasted space. It would be nice to see a bit more control in this area.

The height of those rows in controlled by the width of the column. If you make that column narrower, the rows will have less wasted space.

May or may not be an acceptable solution for your situation, but you can try unchecking Scale Images in the Window Schedule dialog

Your next challenge will be getting rid of the opening indicator without losing the shelves. There are quite a few forks in the road here... -Mask/delete the opening indicator -Place shelves manually -Place panel manually -Etc.

Just make a new door symbol with no panel and use that. Easy peasy.

By the way, the above use case scenario is one of a handful of reasons that I made this suggestion recently...

P.S. That table is totally automated too. I just use the label to keep an eye on the various areas and to make accessing them easier.

Either use a Spherical Panoramic Backdrop, Generated Sky, or place images manually using Build>Image. You can also combine one of the first 2 along with Build Image, especially if your image has a transparent background.

Don’t forget that we have an invisible line style too...which is what I typically use. I almost never (IF ever) use white line for anything.

You can also use a single segment polyline with arrows on both ends and then enter the desired text in the label.

Reduce text size to at or near zero and then add text manually is typically the quickest and easiest way.

Those Wall Details are automatically named to correspond with the plan view labels. Your problem seems to be that you simply turned off the Layout Box Labels layer in layout. The other label you're seeing is the Walls, Labels layer in your actual wall detail.

HatchKit is a fabulous program once you get the hang of it. You can either draw the patterns in HatchKit and create a new pattern file; or you can draw in Chief, export as DXF, import into HatchKit, and then create a pattern file from that. I would suggest you give it another go.
