For truss to cantilever there MUST be a room below or use manual roof plans to drag roof plane where cant is wanted.

post plan and let us, if we can see it you will know its a computer issue and not a CA issue.

Post your plan, easier to fix it and you learn from what we did than it is to type out instructions. There are many posts on this subject and help in the online training videos.

Code is reason for 2 balusters on 1st tread, 4" sphere rule here in Michigan. CA is doing it correctly. Take a cross section of stairway, no gap should be wider than 4" ANYWHERE within the hand or guard rail system. Even the narrow taper on spindles must not be wider than 4".

Dennis I often get work with the same method. Last fall a business friend gave me a hand scratched floor plan of a 14,000 sq ft addition and asked what could be done with roofs. 2 hrs later I had design work contract and 2 weeks later I signed contract to build it. Adding another 8,000 sq ft starting next week.

Floor plan & 3d Edit: Elevation #6 & 7 are vector view; #5 is a line drawing and #6 is a technical drawing. I changed #5 to a different type drawing and it behaved.

Just downloaded and no lines missing on floor plans or 3d. Edit: elevation #5 has issues and might be causing problems with your graphics card.

Room def in place Edit: I think you missed a wall when unchecking no room def; no locate and attic wall. That's all I did and room def was applied. CONCEPT3 repaired.plan
