  1. This is close with almost all auto roofs. I did this in X12, that's the farthest I go back.
  2. Open the room specification, structure, floor finish to add a floor finish on top of the concrete.
  3. Edit wall layer intersections for the wall issue other than the one piece of base. Make one roof plane and make it curved the break as needed to fit against silo. Did these in X15.
  4. Hi John, I sent you an email. Thank you.
  5. I sent you a PM, contact me and we can discuss helping you out with the dormer. Thanks.
  6. You can also enlarge the text in the Active Layer Display Options, Roof Lables, Text Style.
  7. I did a simple rectangular building, drew 1st floor, created 2nd floor with normal walls, see my roof setting's and this is my results using X13. No knee walls or attic walls and I raised the roof (you don't have to) to sit on joist and plate.
  8. For one step you could make a L- shaped landing
  9. Select the interior wall and then select the edit wall layer intersections. I know it’s available in Premiere x12 through x14 but not in Home Designer Pro.
  10. BTW that weird roof in picture 2 was the wall had auto roof return on. It drove me crazy for a few minutes.
  11. No I’ve never used Twinmotion I’m just learning the rendering in Chief.
  12. I was able to remove your furniture and cars and get the file down small enough to attach it here. Hope you can use it. Kruk.plan
  13. I have your plan fixed in x12 if you would like to message me and we can figure out how to get the entire plan to you.
  14. You could try deleting that taking and re draw it.
  15. Try drawing invisible railings around the bay. When I drew the deck first then added auto Bay window the railing came through the wall like your example.
  16. Interested in talking to you about your project. My contact information is in signature. Thanks
  17. Your welcome, it took a little trial and error and when I deleted the 2nd floor wall those brick columns went all the way to the roof in the area with the overhang missing.
